Dividing Walls

In 1997, 1998 and 1999, BILBAO Ría 2000 launched several tenders for the rehabilitation of blind building facades. This action was carried out in collaboration with the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of the Basque Country and gave young artists the opportunity to take their work to the streets.
