Ametzola Station serves Renfe, both on Iberian gauge and narrow gauge, and its special architecture makes it one of the most spectacular stations on the southern line. The station has a noise reduction system, also applied at the Autonomía Station.
Ametzola Station is an underground station that, nevertheless, seeks the light, looking out onto the street through skylights through which the trees planted inside the actual station receive their light. The landscaping work is one of the most outstanding features of the project.
