The Plaza de Desierto is the nerve centre of the urban regeneration actions carried out in the Galindo area. The space was designed by the architect Eduardo Arroyo in which the ponds, walking areas and the secluded corners invite you to discover and enjoy the square in very different ways.
It has different upper and lower areas and from its seven “vantage points” the whole square can be seen. Teresa Gali’s landscaping work is one of the most outstanding features of the project.
