Autonomía Station

Autonomia station is located at a strategic junction for the Basurto area: the intersection between Avenida del Ferrocarril, under which the platforms are located, and Calle Autonomia, one of the main arteries of Bilbao.

It was incorporated into the initial project after meeting the demands of the residents of the area. Like Ametzola Station, this station incorporates an innovative soundproofing system that reduces the usual noise nuisance suffered by passengers on the platforms.
